 At Kameo Digital, we know that outsourcing parts of your business can feel like a big step. That’s why we’ve put together this FAQ page to help you understand exactly how we work, what we offer, and how we can support your small business. 

  • We work with small businesses, entrepreneurs, and start-ups across a range of industries. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to scale, our services are designed to be flexible and tailored to your needs.

  • If you’re unsure where to start, we recommend getting in touch to book a free discovery call. We’ll chat through your goals and challenges, then recommend the package or service that best fits your business.

  • Absolutely! Along with one-off packages, we offer Flexi Support and Retainer options if you’d like consistent, ongoing support for your business. Learn more about our options to work together or get in touch so we can get to know your needs better!

  • You purchase a block of 10 hours, and we use those hours to complete your chosen tasks. You’ll get a task tracker, weekly updates, and a monthly review to stay on top of progress.

  • Yes! If you need a mix of services or something outside the listed packages, we can create a custom solution tailored to your business. Get in touch so we can understand your needs!

  • If you’re on a Flexi Support package, your hours can roll over for a limited time. For Retainer packages, hours are reserved for you each month and are not carried over.

  • The package includes a custom, mobile-friendly website with up to 5 pages, basic SEO setup, and one round of revisions. Optional add-ons include eCommerce, blog integration, and ongoing maintenance. Learn more about our Web Design package.

  • Yes, we offer Paid Google & Meta Ad Management on an application basis. This includes campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting so you can see exactly what’s working. Learn more about our paid ads management service.

  • Get in touch to book a free kick-off call where we can learn more about your business - and you can learn more about us! After our call, we’ll either move forward with your chosen package or send you a brief if we need more details.

  • For most ad-hoc packages, we take a deposit upfront and collect the remaining payment upon completion. Invoices are sent via email, and payment can be made by bank transfer. For ongoing support packages or retainers, payment is billed monthly.
