You purchase a block of 10 hours, and we use those hours to complete your chosen tasks. You’ll get a task tracker, weekly updates, and a monthly review to stay on top of progress.

If you’re on a Flexi Support package, your hours can roll over for a limited time. For Retainer packages, hours are reserved for you each month and are not carried over.

For most ad-hoc packages, we take a deposit upfront and collect the remaining payment upon completion. Invoices are sent via email, and payment can be made by bank transfer. For ongoing support packages or retainers, payment is billed monthly.
